I'm currently suffering from a severe case of Magis-stress. It's a term I use to describe my current situation in college---I study a lot to ace my tests, have three orgs which I hold positions in (considering joining a 4th org if I'm still alive haha Strains!!!), not to mention the fact that I try to have a healthy social life whilst balancing them all. It's like a juggling act with no end to it. Not that I'm complaining or anything...it's just that it's as if I'm pushing myself to the limit, trying to aim for excellence in both my academics and org life. The funny thing is that I sorta kinda don't really feel stressed out despite all of the given factors. I do enjoy my classes, as well as my org stuff.

Now here's the problem: when will I be able to find time for myself or for God?

If there's a will, there's a way.

Been busy with RecWeek. James and I aren't quite done with the Celadon site yet (probably by tomorrow we're done with it).  Spent the morning with Uana (sleeping), Bry (who "dragged" me to MVP so that I can "hatid" him), Casper (ICA-XS connection! haha), and Bobby (Da Best TnT Evah along with Mela. haha). Got my locker at Berch's (hurrah!) and spent 2 hours in the roof deck with Ruel, Jiggy, Nikko, and the rest of the upperclassman ComTechies. Salamat na rin sa aking mga minamahal na freshies---Lawrence, Melo, Rose, Cayo, Crystal, and Nikko, for dropping by the ACTM booth to sign up =) Aylabbit.

Had Law11 class today for three straight hours. I love Atty. Nolido. He manages to turn a "boring" topic on obligations and contracts into a lively and interesting one. Saludo ako sa iyo, sir!

Freshman InTACT Orientation today. Managed to meet my freshies and my sister's blockmates in the caf, outside the Gonzaga Chapel, and on the way to Henry Lee Irwin theatre. Cayo, kamusta naman ang 25-cent lunch mo? Wahahaha XD I actually accompanied my sister and her blockmate, Lisa, midway to the Irwin theatre. Upon going back to the college, I bumped into my ouR_tre3 darlings. From a distance, I saw this familiar-looking girl clad in green who was jumping around like crazy and waving at me. I soon realized that it was Rose. Hi Rose! I miss you and your kilig kwentos haha =P I love my freshies to death (oo, kasama kayong English block. hihihi saw Christina kanina. Hi Christina!). I'm glad that I decided to become a TnT. It's SUPER worth it.

Met up with Nix for small talk after waiting for my sister to finish with her InTACT thing. My gosh, it's been, like, a month(?) since I last saw him. Well, we'll be seeing more of each other this time around, now wouldn't we? Sorry I had to leave shortly. Chat with ya again next time, dear. Glad to have you back. *hug*

My mind is completely all over the place. I dunno...it just seems like a lot of things have been piling up--from the readings I have to, er, read for Hi16, Psy101, Law11, and Acc15 to the demands of org life now that RecWeek's already next week.

OMG. Warm-ups for Running class is hell. I'd rather run around the WHOLE campus one more time than do it again. haha XD Had ceremonial after-PE breakfast with Melo then stayed in SEC Walk with my freshies (Melo, Cayo, Aizel, and Bo) and Ven til Charles' class finished. Cayo gave me a little present, a souvenir from Rome. Awww thanks dear. =) Afterwards, Charles and I went on a "date" to ISO and around campus. Ang sarap ng tuna sisig, I swear. I miss eating in the ISO caf. *InTACT memories with the block* Studied for a Hi16 quiz that never happened, and possibly failed a surprise Psy101 quiz right after. Aidz and I were like, "WTH?! First quiz na first quiz bagsak ata eh."

Bonded with my freshies (Don, Kt and Rose) in the caf after their Fil class (I was "studying" for my Acc15 in the caf when they saw me and hung out). Kwentuhan session! haha It was a great way to relieve myself of "over-studying" hehe XD After that, I left for my Acc15 make-up class.

I'm sorry if my entry's not that coherent. I'm just too preoccupied with a lot of things as of now. Okay, I'll end my entry here. It's now back to Nerd-mode for me.

I guess this is how my life's going to be every T-Th of this semester-- block-less. Since I advanced 2 of my classes last summer, I won't be attending Eco and SA classes this sem. In exchange for those two subjects, I will be taking Asian History and General Psychology. It's funny how I won't be able to spend my T-Th days with my block. Thank goodness for fellow TnTs and my freshies. >_<

Melo, one of my darling R3 freshies, and I chatted last night via YM only to find out that we were going to be classmates for PE107. Asteeg. Only problem was, our PE class was from 7 to 8 am and our next class wasn't until 930 (for Melo) and 12 (for me)! Our prof dismissed us early, so Melo and I spent practically two hours roaming about campus (haha parang OrSem ulit XD Let's MOB!) til we finally settled for the SEC walkway and waited for my other "children" to arrive. So yes, I spent my first half of the morning bonding with my darling freshies from R3.

NSTP sign-ups today. Damn. Forgot to bring my regform. Gonna register with Mong tomorrow. Lucky for us, our block had some areas reserved for us since we have morning classes.

Spent an hour alone in the Library studying for Acc15. Thank goodness for Pre-accounting classes in high school. haha XD Met up with TJ, Erick, and Alfred along Kostka Extension. TJ and I headed to the OPS room in MVP. Too bad it drizzled. I sort of felt dizzy because it was raining and hot outside, but cold in the library and in the OPS room.

Hi16
I didn't have a blockmate taking Hi16 so I hoped and prayed that my classmates for Hi16 would somehow be friendly or maybe some of them would happen to be my friends from other courses. Lucky for me, O2 and S2 happened to be my classmates for Hi16. It was like NatSci all over again. Ang saya. Weee...

Psy101
Rushed to my Psy101 class since we finished late for Hi16. Upon entering the room, I was like, "OMG. Sinong mga taong toh? Wala akong kilala." So there. I was a loner seated at the back. It was the first time I felt so out of place. It seemed to me like everyone knew each other. So yeah, I was lonely. Ma'am then started checking the class attendance. I was listening to her reading out the names and was disappointed with the fact that I didn't recognize any name from the list (save for Joy from R2 '09). The minute she said "PAJARILLO" I was like, "OMG. Is Adrian here? Is he my Psy101 classmate?" I then surveyed the room. Wala naman siya eh. A few minutes later, he dashed into the classroom. He was sorta late but not late (labo basta ganun). Sa wakas! May kilala kilala na ako. Yehey!

I'm SUPER glad that Aidz is my Psy101 classmate and groupmate. I remember us  talking last sem about taking the same class for Psy101, but it seemed like a far-fetched idea. Surprisingly, we randomly ended up as classmates for the course. Sobrang thank you talaga, Aidz. I'd be a loner if you weren't also assigned to that same class. Kahit maingay sa labas at mainit, I still found a way to laugh and smile kanina. Dude, sobrang astig mo. Okay, enough puri. Baka lumaki pa ego mo. Peacock! Wahahaha XD

Acc15 HW due tom. Pfft. Chicken feet lang dapat yan. Dapat at least 3.5 QPI all the way!

Viaje OrSem 2006 is finally over. I don't really know what to say. Perhaps it's because I'm still overwhelmed with mix emotions from last night and the recent OrSem preparation? I really can't say. Admittedly, I am currently suffering from what one would call a "writer's block"---too many emotions pouring in, yet with little to say. For the past three days of OrSem, I've experienced all kinds of situationers that we had during TnT training; I've had a "block from heaven" in the form of Block R3 batch 2010, a "block from hell" with the pasaways of the English block I was handling (but the rest of my english block were okay thank goodness). I've experienced the highs and lows of what it was like to become a TnT, but I never regretted any single moment of it.

Last night I cried. I cried out of frustration, out of joy, and out of sadness. The highlights of my TnT career were simply overwhelming that I didn't know what to feel.  I cried along with my TnT family. It was one of the most overwhelming nights for me. Realizing that Mikes, David, Eds, Bunso, Tungyu, Babam, Reese, Jeff, Teej, JB, Jomel, and the rest of the seniors would be gone next year was simply heartbreaking for me. It was only then that I realized how emotionally attached I was to them, probably in the same sense I was emotionally attached to my first batch of freshies (Yay R3!). Guys, thank you so much for the experience. I will never ever forget you guys. Go Legends!!!

To the TnT Core, thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to TnT for this year's OrSem. You guys made it happen. To my fellow TnTs (lalo na yung mga oldies), thank you for your words of praises and encouragement. I do not feel worthy of the title "Newbie Super TnT" that most of you guys had given me. I love you all, my crazy family! (P.S. Nakita ko si Jomel sa Ash Creek kanina. hahahaha How small the world)

They say that being a TnT is most certainly one of the BEST moments of your college life.It's actually quite true. Never have I ever been so blessed to have been selected from over 400 applicants to TnT for OrSem. Who knew TnT-ing could change my life forever? Not only did I find some lifelong friends in my own Viaje in life, but also I've met some of the greatest bunch of people I could ever meet (and yes, that includes my freshies). I can't wait for next year to (hopefully)TnT again. Now I know what it means when they say that you're missing out half your college life if you don't TnT. *wink* I am SUPER blessed to have had such a great batch of freshies. Hopefully, next year, maka-TnT ulit ako. =)

Currently: Happy tired from all the camwhoring; waiting for TnT orgy session to begin.

Had lunch with TJ, Tungyu, Bunso, NC, Cess, Phil, Mading, Mon, Cha, Reese, Dar, David, Sam, Jaypee, Kara, Diega, Mikes, Yash, Marts, Karen, Shar, Charles, Exo, Paolo, Lorenz, Blue, and the rest of the gang over at Shakey's Katipunan. It was one heck of a lunch bonding. We also encountered a "weird" mathematical moment upon receiving the bill for lunch.

TJ: Guys, nagbayad na ba kayo?
AL: Hindi pa. Bakit?
TJ: Kasi sakto na yung pambayad eh. 1000+ bucks na toh *points to receipt and counts money*
AL: Weird naman niyan. Paano naging ganun?
TJ: Ewan ko nga eh. Libre na kayong tatlo (AL, Mon, Mading) kung ganun.
Mading: Alam niyo ba, ito yung first time na magbabayad ako sa Shakey's kasi dati nililibre ako eh. Mukhang ngayon di na rin ako magbabayad.
AL: Panu naging ganyan? Minagic ata ni Teej yung pera sa kamay niya para dumoble. haha
TJ: Guys, serioso. San galing yung pera? Bakit may sobra? Pampusta ko nalang toh sa NBA haha

And so the four of us tried to find out why there was an excess of cash despite the fact that three of us hadn't paid yet. Later on during lunch, Mon or Teej suggested buying from the Sundae Bar for the whole gang. We then sort of used the excess money for the sundae.

A few minutes later...

Manager (to TJ): Sir, sabi po ng isang waitress na di pa po nabayaran yung para sa isang table *shows receipt*
TJ: Huh? Pano nangyari yun? Nabayaran na yun diba?
Lorenz: Nagbayad na kami
TJ: Magkano ba yung kulang?
Mon: *looks at receipt* Kami ata kelangan magbayad na eh
Mading: Kala ko, libre na tayo
AL: How much do we need to pay?
TJ: Siguro one hundred ten per person?
(AL, Mon, Mading shell out 110 bucks each)
TJ: Kulang pa ata eh.
AL: *computes VAT etchas* Teej, 120 bucks ata per person eh.
TJ: Okay lang yan, 10 pesos lang naman eh.*shells out remaining balance*

To cut the story short, what happened was that Lorenz and company accidentally paid for our bill so we ended up paying for theirs. It was one whole confusing mix-up. On the bright side, we all did enjoy a serving from the Sundae Bar (courtesy of TJ who knew how to maximize the space of an ice cream bowl and fill it up with sundae). I think Sam enjoyed it the most, with ice cream falling on her hand and all (hehe jk Sam :P)

David, NC, and I rode on Mon's car along with Mading going to AdMU for the OrSem GA. It was sooo hot yet the three of us (AL, David, NC) kept camwhoring at the backseat. Hahaha what can I say? We're "hot" :P hahaha

OrSem GA was fine. The only downside was that the weather was hot. Despite the heat, we, the TnTs, still managed have fun. There was a lot of dancing, laughing, and camwhore sessions involved--I seriously think I became tired because of that and not because of the OrSem GA. haha

I've been to lazy busy to blog for these past few days. I guess I'm pretty much preoccupied with OrSem, AMA, and Celadon. Not that I'm complaining--I love every bit of my life at the moment.

I watched X-men 3:The Last Stand last week. Graphics and action sequences were good, but then again, what the movie lacked was character depth. It was like the various X-men's personalities were overshadowed by spectacular visual effects. I was kinda bummed that Cyclops was killed off at the start of the film. Yes, I know James Marsden was shooting Superman Returns at the same time so he had to go...it just sucked seing that Cyclops (who's my ultimate fave X-man) wasn't given much exposure and that Wolverine and Storm were quite overrated. Enough with them already!

I'm currently experiencing American Idol withdrawal symptoms. Can't believe AI season 5's actually over. What will I watch on Wednesday and Thursday nights??? Must...watch...something...else. Must...download...AI5..songs. Must...keep...sane.

I think I had one too many McDonald's clouding my sanity today. No wonder during pre-SA class, I laughed and smiled like a lunatic (Happy birthday, anyone? :D).

I also think my brain cells died along with my SA exam (though I know I did well on my Economics Finals-minus one, baby!) haha kidding. Gonna miss my SA buds. Summer would definitely SUCK without you guys around. Thanks for tolerating my insanity and being "game" all the time. Go Noisy Minority!!!

've been pretty much busy these past few days (probably since Finals Week is coming up next week?) that I haven't exactly found time to blog about my life.

We had our AMA LTS during the weekend. It was sorta fun---got to meet my co-project directors and other AMA PD's (and having Bobby as the VP and Donna & Diana as the AVP's was kinda cool). Bonded with Reg for practically the whole time we spent in the LTS. The GD's were kinda fun, too! Go EntDev! Sam's debut. Night-out in Greenbelt. My sister's face turned red all over after having one too many vodka/tequila/beer. haha XD

Last Saturday, Bobby told me that the TnT auditions results would be posted on the TnT board along EDSA Walk on Monday. I planned on checking out the TnT board later on in the afternoon when MM suddenly SMS-ed me, informing me that I passed the 2nd TnT auditions. Yay! Charles also passed the auds. Congrats to us. haha XD Thanks TnT core! I look forward to working with you in this year's OrSem (sana okay partner ko haha).

Today was our third day to hang out in Starbucks. Adrian, Sharon, Ann, and I must probably be sick and tired of Starbucks already. haha Will try to upload our Starbucks pictures in my multiply site over the weekend.

It's such a shame my summer classes will end next week. I will surely and especially miss my wonderful SA friends. To the 'Noisy Minority' crew, you guys made my summer worth the while. Thanks (Awww).
